Discount Structure (Automatically Applied at Checkout):


20% off purchases of $300 or more
25% off purchases of $500 or more
30% off purchases of $900 or more


Discount Validity:

No promotional code required; discount applies automatically at checkout.

Offer valid sitewide on eligible merchandise.

Not valid on previous purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.

Sale valid Thursday, September 25 – Tuesday, October 1, 2025.

Final Sale Merchandise:
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All sales final.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Final Sale Merchandise Only):

Refunds accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Store credit or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returns


We accept returns on all orders, except those discounted by 30% or more. Please note that items purchased during the Summer Sale or Holiday/Black Friday Sale/NY50 are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery (the date your order arrives) for a refund.
  • Returns on full-price items* are eligible for store credit only if initiated up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges


Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Instant Exchange Option


We offer an “Instant Exchange” through our return portal:

  • Exchanges are processed immediately with an authorization hold on your credit card
  • Items being exchanged must be shipped back within 14 days of the exchange being initiated. If not returned within this time, your card will be charged for the full amount of the new item.
  • If you are exchanging our Goat Suede items, the new size will not be shipped until the original product is returned to our warehouse.
  • Handling fee for exchanges: $5

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition as shipped to qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to the sender.
  • A $7 shipping/restocking fee applies to all returns unless the merchandise is defective.
