Returns
We accept returns on all orders, except those discounted by 30% or more. Please note that items purchased during the Friends and Family Sale or Holiday/Black Friday Sale are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of fulfillment (the date your order shipped) for a refund.
- Returns on full-price items* are eligible for store credit only if initiated up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Instant Exchange Option
We offer an “Instant Exchange” through our return portal:
- Exchanges are processed immediately with a $1 authorization hold on your credit card and any price difference charged upfront.
- Items being exchanged must be shipped back within 14 days of the exchange being processed. If not returned within this time, your card will be charged for the full amount of the new item.
- Handling fee for exchanges: $5.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition as shipped to qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to the sender.
- A $7 shipping/restocking fee applies to all returns unless the merchandise is defective.
Friends & Family Promotion Policy
- Items purchased during the Friends & Family Promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days.
- No refunds—no exceptions.
Holiday Sale
- Items purchased using code HOLIDAY30 are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days.
- No refunds—no exceptions.
Black Friday
- Items purchased using code BF50 are Final Sale.
- No refunds, No exchanges, No Store credit—No exceptions.
